Adrian AlbaAdrian Alba
My name is Adrian Alba, and I am from Las Cruces, NM. I am the Admissions Advisor/Recruiter for Albuquerque, NM and Tucson, AZ. I graduated from New Mexico State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Theater Arts, and received a Masters of Arts in Agricultural and Extension Education in May 2010. Besides recruiting I am very involved with music. I play guitar and I’m part of a band here in Las Cruces! Hello! My name is Candace Aragon. My recruitment territories include Phoenix, Arizona and California. I am a native New Mexican, born and raised in Clayton, NM. I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Community Health, Spring 2006 and with my Masters of Arts in Education, December 2008. I am an active member of the New Mexico Activities Association as a high school basketball official. Besides working and officiating I am a huge sports fan and enjoy cheering on our Aggie athletics. I work out of the NMSU Albuquerque Center and my areas of recruitment are Albuquerque, north central, and northwest New Mexico. My out of state recruitment includes Colorado. Hello! My name is Marissa Macias and I received my undergraduate degree from NMSU in Creative Media with and emphasis in film production. I love NMSU so much that I decided to stay and work here! I am the new admissions advisor for some of the Las Cruces high schools and the East Central part of the state. I started my career at NMSU as the Cross Campus Advisor for the Student Success Center and know firsthand how much NMSU cares about its student's success. Hello! My name is Anton Magallanez and I was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM. My areas of recruitment include Northwest NM as well as the East Central part of the state. I completed me undergraduate work in Civil Engineering and also received my Master of Business Administration degree at NMSU. When not working, I enjoy sports, photography, and being outdoors. Noel Martinez
Hello! My name is Noel Martinez and my territories include Albuquerque and the Southwest. I am a native New Mexican and born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences as well as a Bachelor's degree in Government from New Mexico State University in May 2010. I am a second generation Aggie and the third person in my family to attend NMSU. I have been around the great faculty, facilities and the friendly campus for a long time! Apart from work, I enjoy traveling, reading, hanging out with friends as well as volunteering in various community organizations around Las Cruces. Email

Hi! My name is Megan Morrow. I am originally from South Texas. I graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. Although, I have taken classes in just about every major on campus! NMSU was truly a family experience for me because my brothers are also graduates of NMSU and my younger sister will soon follow in our footsteps. Brett Newcomer
My name is Brett Newcomer and I was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM. I attended New Mexico State University where I received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Administration in 2011. Currently I am the admissions advisor for Southeastern New Mexico. Some of the activities I participated in while attending NMSU include the Pride Band drumline, intramural basketball, and various volunteer activities. In my free time I enjoy participating in many sports, including basketball, football, softball, and bowling. Hi, my name is Megan Schuller.  I was born in Los Alamos, NM but grew up in Las Cruces. I received a bachelor’s degree in 2005 in Animal Science and Agricultural Business. Then continued school and completed my graduate degree in Agricultural Economics in 2007.  My hobbies include riding and showing American Quarter Horses, hunting, spending time outdoors, and watching college basketball. My name is Danielle Staley, and I visit the Las Cruces area high schools! I am originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, where my family lived three blocks away from Lambeau Field! So naturally I am a huge Packers Fan! My family moved to Las Cruces when I was eight, so I actually consider Las Cruces my hometown! I love New Mexico with its beautiful sunsets, warm weather, diverse population, and of course the green chile! I decided to attend NMSU because of the beautiful and friendly campus! I loved my classes and the professors were always so warm and helpful. I also made some lifelong friends and met my husband when I was at State! I graduated from NMSU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication Studies and received a Master of Arts in Educational Management & Development with an Emphasis in Higher Education Administration in December 2009.
