Grades and Transcripts
Grades will be mailed to the high school at the end of the semester. Students may access their final grades through their myNMSU account on-line. Grades are not mailed directly to students. Students who would like their NMSU transcripts mailed to another college or university should submit a request to the NMSU Registrar’s Office, located in the Educational Services building.
FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, also known as the Buckley Amendment, governs the confidentiality of student records. FERPA applies to all admitted students at New Mexico State University. Students enrolled in the Dual Credit Program will give written consent to the university to release information to their parents and the high school at the time of application.
