Summer and Fall 2012

1. Complete and submit the online application.
2. Pay the required non-refundable application fee.
3. Submit via email unofficial transcripts (unless otherwise indicated by the department) and required department application materials to gradinfo@nmsu.edu.
   • Department application requirements can be found at the department website or the Graduate Programs page.
4. To ensure that your supplement materials are sent to the correct department, complete the subject line with: Supporting documentation for (insert Major) and label all supporting documentation with:
   • Name
   • Date of birth
   • Graduate program

If your university/college is a member of the eScrip-Safe® Network, you may submit your transcripts electronically via the eScrip-Safe format.
