ISS (International Student Services) is responsible for coordinating the application and admissions process for all international applicants, overseeing international students’ maintaining their legal status as foreign students in the United States, and coordinating outreach programs which benefit our campus and local community. Our various staff members specialize in aspects of these three basic missions.
NMSU welcomes students from around the world (currently 76 countries, approximately 1200 international students) to a friendly, vibrant, multicultural campus community. Contact us for information about the university, the admissions process for international applicants, or if we can be of further assistance. The best way to communicate with our office is via email, at the address given below. Please start your communication with our office using this email address.
International Festival 2008
Each year ISS sponsors and organizes the 'International Festival,' in which students share their countries and cultures with the local community. See some of NMSU's international students display their cultures in the most recent festival.
